Help and common questions
Common questions about Online Result AI, answered in plain English. Not here? Write to support@onlineindia.net.
What is Online Result AI?
Online Result AI is an Android app that puts the result portals students use — CBSE, state board 10th/12th, entrance exams (JEE, NEET), government job exams (UPSC, SSC) and universities — on one home screen, with a browser built for them, live "is the portal up?" status, a results AI help assistant, a vault for your saved result PDFs, and offline percentage, CGPA and grade calculators.
Is Online Result AI a government app?
No. Online Result AI is an independent app published by Online India Software Solutions. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any examination board, university or government department. It opens the official result websites in its browser and does not change what they show.
Does the app fetch my result or solve captchas for me?
No. You always open the official portal, enter your roll number, solve the captcha and view your own result there. The app never fetches, stores on our servers, or changes anyone’s result, and it does not predict marks or rank.
Is Online Result AI free?
The app is free to download, and the portal launcher, live status, results AI assistant and all offline calculators are free. Some premium features need an optional paid plan; current plans and prices are shown inside the app.
How do I pay for a plan, and on how many phones does it work?
You can pay in the app by UPI, card or net banking through Razorpay, or pay by UPI directly and upload the payment screenshot for manual activation. A plan works on one phone at a time. You can move it to a new phone yourself once; after that, support moves it for you.
Which result websites does Online Result AI open?
CBSE, NIOS, DigiLocker, UP Board (UPMSP), NTA, JEE Main, NEET UG, UPSC, SSC and IGNOU. State board results for other states appear once you choose your state inside the app. The full list with links is on the home page under Sources.
Which tools work without internet?
Percentage calculator, CGPA to percentage (and percentage to CGPA), grade and GPA calculator, marks aggregate and "marks needed" calculator, a general calculator, date difference and age calculator. They all work fully offline.
Is my data safe?
The result PDFs you choose to save stay on your phone, and the app does not ask for your location, contacts or camera. We never ask for a portal password, OTP or Aadhaar number. Details are in the privacy policy.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, open Account, tap Delete account and confirm with your password — the account is erased immediately. Without the app, email support@onlineindia.net from your registered address and it is deleted within 30 days.
Which phones does it run on, and in which languages?
Android 7.0 and newer. The app is Hindi-first and also fully available in English; you can switch language any time from Account.
