Who we are

Online Result AI is an independent app published by Online India Software Solutions. You can reach us at support@onlineindia.net. Online Result AI is not a government app: it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any examination board, university or government department. It helps you reach official exam-result portals and organise your own work.

What we collect and why

• Account. Your name, email address and, if you choose to add it, your mobile number — to create and secure your account and to send verification and service messages.
• Device and security. An app-install identifier, device model, operating-system and app version, IP address and the push-notification (FCM) token — to bind your subscription to your device, deliver notifications and prevent misuse.
• Your work. The result portals you open, and the bookmarks, notes and result PDFs you save — stored so that you can find your past work.
• Purchases. Which subscription plan you bought and when. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not receive or store your card or UPI credentials.
• Advertising. The app shows ads through Google AdMob, which may use your device’s advertising identifier. Google’s own policies describe how AdMob uses data.

What stays on your phone

The result PDFs you choose to save, and any portal shortcuts you save, are kept on your device only. They are never sent to our servers. The app does not request your location; the state you pick to see its board is a value you select, not your device’s position.

What we do not do

We never fetch your result, submit a form, solve a captcha, or predict marks or rank on your behalf. We never ask for a portal password, OTP or Aadhaar number. We do not sell your personal data.

Who we share data with

Only with the service providers that make the app work, each under its own terms:

• our hosting provider, which stores the data described above;
• Google — Firebase Cloud Messaging for push notifications, and AdMob for ads;
• Razorpay — to process payments.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account yourself in the app (Account → Delete account), which erases it immediately, or ask us by email — both are described on the account deletion page. An emailed request is completed within 30 days. Records of payments are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, with your personal details removed from them.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS), and stored files are encrypted at rest. Passwords are stored only as argon2id hashes — we cannot read them.

Children

Online Result AI is a general-audience app for checking exam results and is not directed at children under 13. A student account is expected to be created and managed by the student or their parent or guardian.
